Outback Steakhouse -purchase $100 in gift cards receive $20 bonus card (bonus card valid 1/11/11 to 2/10/11)

Smokey Bones -purchase $25 in gift cards receive $5, if you are a Bones Member you will receive a $10 bonus card. You can get your Bones Member Card at any Smokey Bones.

Applebee's-purchase $50 in gift cards receive a $10 bonus card

Cheeseburger in Paradise-purchase $50 in gift cards receive $10 bonus card (bonus card valid 1/11/11 to 2/10/11). Their gift cards are not redeemable in Hawaii.
